ITL performed the new, ground-up design and vertical construction of four communication sites designed to allow cellular coverage and broadband access to all areas of the Flathead reservation in northwest Montana. The design/build effort included the design, purchase and installation of communication shelters, communication towers, back-up power utilizing generators, HVAC, fire suppression, foundation design and installation and road improvements necessary to allow heavy equipment access to the sites.

ITL provided Project Management and coordinated design and construction activities.  ITL utilized local contractors to provide excavation, concrete placement, shelter placement, tower fabrication and erection, all electrical work, fencing, and generator placement and commissioning.
